Delete Your Account & Data

Deleting your account will permanently remove all data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the App

1. Open GameBox
2. Go to your profile section
3. Locate and click on "Account"
4. Tap the "Delete Account" button
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm

Option 2 — Email

Send an email to privacy@scaleus.in from the email address linked to your GameBox account with the subject line "Delete My GameBox Account". We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile, gameplay progress, Coin balance, referral data, and advertising identifiers will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

What We May Retain

If you have completed a Redeem/withdrawal, Indian tax and anti-money-laundering law requires us to retain KYC and payout records for up to 8 years. These records are kept only for legal compliance and are purged once the retention period ends.
