Scale Us Technologies LLP ("we," "us") operates GameBox (gamevault.scaleus.in), a play-and-earn HTML5 games app for Android and iOS, available to users 18 and older.

GameBox is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it and suspend the account (see §8).
To run and improve gameplay and earning features; process Coin purchases and Redeem payouts; detect fraud, bots, and multi-accounting; serve and measure ads; send service communications; meet legal/tax obligations on payouts.
Google Play Services, Apple App Store services, our advertising network partners, offerwall partners, and a KYC/payments processor for Redeem. Each is governed by its own privacy policy; we share only what each needs to perform its function.
We do not sell personal data. We share it with the providers above, law enforcement/regulators when legally required, and a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition (with notice to you).
Some providers process data on servers outside India; where this applies, we rely on their standard contractual data-transfer safeguards.
Account and gameplay data is retained while your account is active. Redeem/KYC records are retained for the period Indian tax/AML law requires (typically up to 8 years) even after account deletion. Everything else is deleted per Section 9.
Deletion removes your profile, gameplay, and ad-identifier data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to retain (Section 8), which are purged once that retention period ends. You can also request access to, correction of, or a copy of your data at the same contact.
Our ad SDKs use device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) to serve and measure ads. Reset or opt out of ad personalization in your device's OS settings.
We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields (including KYC data), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we commit to notifying you and applicable regulators as required by law if a breach affects your data.
